Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and BespokeJobs LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the service.

BespokeJobs ranks live job openings against the resume you upload and can generate tailored resumes and a cover letter for a match you choose. Rankings use your resume, the job posting, and your stated preferences. We do our best to score honestly and keep listings fresh. We are a software tool. We are not an employer, a staffing agency, or a party to any application or employment relationship, and we do not guarantee interviews, offers, or outcomes.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

You keep ownership of the resume and other content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process that content, and to create derivative documents such as tailored resumes and cover letters, solely to provide the service to you. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in routine backups that age out on their normal cycle.

You represent that you have the right to upload the content you provide and that it does not violate the rights of anyone else.

Matches, scores, and generated documents are produced by AI and are provided for your convenience as decision support, not guarantees. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased, and they are not legal, career, or professional advice. Read the original posting, review every generated document, and apply with the resume you are comfortable submitting. You are solely responsible for what you send to an employer.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the service for anything other than your own job search.
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the listings we crawl, or use them to build a competing dataset.
• Upload another person's personal information without their consent.
• Reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Use bots or automated means to access the service beyond normal personal use.
• Use the service for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

Listings remain the property of their original publishers. We do not control them and do not guarantee that a listing is accurate, current, or still open. When you apply, you leave our service and interact with an employer or job board under their own terms and privacy practices, for which we are not responsible.

The service, including its software, design, and content other than your own uploads and third-party listings, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our name, logo, or software except the right to use the service as intended.

The service is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid features, we will present the applicable pricing and terms before you are charged, and your continued use of a paid feature will be subject to those terms.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. On termination, the license you granted us ends and your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that matches or generated documents will meet your expectations or lead to employment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BespokeJobs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold BespokeJobs LLC harmless from claims, damages, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at legal@bespokejobs.ai and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally. Any dispute that is not resolved will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
