Application tracker

Free job application tracker

Keep every job you applied to in one list and record where each one stands. Add jobs from BespokeJobs or from any other site, and see which applications have gone quiet.

Stages and notes

Move each application through six stages: Applied, Screening, Interviewing, Offer, Rejected, or Withdrawn. Add notes to any application, such as a recruiter's name or an interview date.

Filter the list by status, search it, and sort by last update, date applied, or company. This job tracker app is built for a long search, when a spreadsheet has stopped keeping up.

Add jobs from other sites, by link or by hand

Mark a job as applied from your shortlist or from a job you found in search, and it appears on your Applications page. When you open an employer's listing and come back, BespokeJobs asks whether you applied. Opening a link alone never changes a status.

For a job you applied to on another site, paste its link and BespokeJobs reads the page to fill in the title and company. Many sites expose nothing readable, so every field stays editable, and you can type the details yourself. Jobs you track drop out of your job search results, so you do not see them twice.

A flag for applications that have gone quiet

An application still at Applied, Screening, or Interviewing with no status change in 14 days is flagged. The flag shows which applications are worth a follow-up message, so none of them slip by unnoticed. Applications at Offer, Rejected, or Withdrawn are never flagged, because there is nothing left to chase.

The count uses complete days since the last status change, so a flag never appears early. Moving an application to a new stage clears it, and that is the signal to note what happened and when you plan to follow up again.

Before the next application, see how BespokeJobs writes tailored resumes and cover letters for the jobs you choose.

Match digest emails

New accounts get a daily email of their top job matches unless they switch it to weekly or turn it off at sign-up. Change the schedule in account settings, or unsubscribe from any digest email. Reminder emails have their own setting.

Free during beta

Job matching is always free. Everything else, including this, is free during beta, with no credit card required. If paid features are added later, their pricing and terms will be shown before you pay for anything.

BespokeJobs tracks applications. You still apply on the employer's own listing.
